Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Celestial Cats mobile application ("the App"). These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Jason Schmid trading as ZeroGravity Studios (ABN: 22 516 050 152). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Entertainment Purposes Disclaimer (Astrology & Guidance)

Celestial Cats is provided strictly for novelty, cosmic fun, and entertainment purposes.

• Daily cat horoscopes, natal chart calculations, household realm forecasts, and cosmic cautions generated by the App are intended solely for enjoyment.
• Veterinary Exemption: Readings and cosmic advice generated within the App do NOT constitute medical, veterinary, or professional animal behavioral advice. Always consult a qualified licensed veterinarian regarding the health, medical conditions, diet, or emergency care of your animals.

2. License Grant & Intellectual Property

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Celestial Cats for personal, non-commercial use on mobile devices owned or controlled by you.

All intellectual property rights in the App—including code, artwork, cat illustrations, UI assets, written horoscope engine copy, and branding—are owned exclusively by ZeroGravity Studios. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, or create derivative works based on the App assets.

3. In-App Purchases (Premium Tier)

• Lifetime Unlock: The Premium Tier is a one-time, non-recurring purchase providing lifetime access to enhanced features (such as deep cosmic forecasts and un-gated cat management features).
• Billing & Refunds: All payments are processed directly through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund requests must be submitted directly to the respective store platform according to their consumer refund policies.
• Restoration: You may restore your purchased Premium Tier entitlement on compatible devices using the in-app Restore Purchases function.

4. In-App Advertisements & Rewarded Features

Celestial Cats provides access to select premium or promotional features through third-party rewarded videos.

• Rewarded Content Access: Access to certain temporary features or content unlocks within the App may require viewing third-party rewarded advertisements in full.
• No Third-Party Endorsement: ZeroGravity Studios does not control, endorse, represent, or guarantee any third-party products, services, claims, or offers advertised within the application by third-party ad networks (such as Google AdMob).
• Reward Delivery Conditions: Unlocking in-app rewards or bonus content is strictly subject to the uninterrupted completion of the advertisement, network availability, and successful verification by the third-party ad network provider. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue ad-rewarded features at any time without liability.

5. Local User Content & Data Management

You are solely responsible for managing the content and photo files stored on your device. Executing the in-app Delete Data function permanently removes all locally stored cat profiles, natal charts, and photo files. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from local storage resets, device changes, or app uninstallations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. The developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.
